Can anyone say OUCH!!!! I've had a Huge Headache for the last 3 days. It almost debilitating it hurts so bad. I'm ready for this detoxing period to be done and move on.
My HCG was also up'd. So I am doing 200 now. Up in Seattle my weight was 228.6lbs. and this morning it was 221.6lbs. It would be awesome to break through 220lbs by our one week mark. I plan to do the keto strip tomorrow morning and check out those results.
I'm sorry you haven't had better results yet Sonja, Hang in there I'm sure they'll come. How's your friend doing?
I forgot to mention that I found out an old doctor of mine does HCG stuff here in town. His name is Dr. Madsen. He lives and works in Seattle but come down here once a month to see his patients.
