I'm very glad to be back on it, I didn't feel good when I was off, and no I didn't gain any weight, I just stayed the same, I do have to say though, that first bite of the cream cheese pastry was pretty incredible......after that, all the food kinda just blended together.
I would love to look at your recipes and maybe get some ideas.
How are you doing stacy? are you feeling any better? Still not back in my skinny jeans to be able to wear them comfortably, but hoping after my next ten pounds I will be close.
