So I mentioned to Annette today that I need to hear from you guys more. I want you guys to post more on the blog. Everyday? Every other day? Good or Bad. Annette looked at me like I was crazy, probably thinking "you're one to talk, we didn't hear from you at all last week." But I'm pretty sure that even with my week off I've still posted more than anyone on this blog. I want to hear about how you guys are doing.
I changed the background, but it won't hurt my feelings if you guys want to change it to something else. We could change it every week if you want, I just wanted something other than white. Getting back to Annette's idea of posting before and after pics... I don't want my before pic on here until I've lost the weigh and have the comparison picture to go with it but I was thinking of putting my dream body picture on here. Maybe for a little humor :) I'm going to take a picture of my face and put it on my dream movie star body (a little cut and paste) and then either post it or have it run down the side of the blog for motivation. What do you think? If you want to send me a face picture of yourself I'll make one for you guys too.
So, this weekend was tough to get through but I made it, losing a pound a day.Yeah! There were many things to be resisted this weekend and I would like to name a few of the hardest ones for me...
Friday Night Linda came over to let the kids play and do a craft with me while our husband's were out of town. She showed up with 2 large pizzas, cheesy breadsticks, cinnastixs, and pop for the kids of course but it was just sitting there on my counter tempting me!!! Just said, NO!
Saturday morning Ky was snack person for his soccer game. He was dying to bring doughnuts and a certain kind of drink. So I got them for him. After the soccer game I resisted eating the 3 leftover doughnuts that rode around in my car all morning with me.
Saturday Night it was cold out and I wanted to make something warm for this cold fall day so I made a big pot of homemade creamy chicken noodle soup, the best homemade buttery rolls ever, and some homemade jam. The kids loved this meal, I was so tempted to cheat.
On Sunday I held 2 young women presidency meetings at my house and wanted to make some treats for them. I borrowed Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough from Annette and made a couple trays of cookies. I told the ladies they had to eat them all because I didn't know if I could say no to one late that night when nobody was watching. They ate almost all of them and then a friend took the rest home to her husband. It took all of my will power to not sneak one in my pocket for later.
So now you all know how lame I really am. I was able to make it through this weekend though and I'm getting close to my first small goal of being under 220, so that's exciting.
How's everything going for you guys. Did Annette make it under 220lbs? Sonja, how did your period affect your weightloss and cravings? How's everyone doing???

These last 2 day's have sucked. poor tami, i've called her like a hundred times saying, talkt to me before I eat. I think its just my period, so it totally affected it in that sense. I wasn't moody at all, like I usually am, I was up 3.5 lbs so have stayed off since then and am waiting till it's over.
Other than that, ummm yea,,, it sucks. I found some other people doing it her in tri cities, one is actually a friend, I didn't know was doing it. ( more like aquantace) but the weird thing is, she eats totally diff. apples, and crackers etc.
anyhooch. Have a great day.
