Hey Sun, you made me laugh at your, "hello! Is anyone out there? Are we still blogging?" Really, I feel like I'm the only one blogging, and I don't really have anything super helpful to say. I am up for a competition. I have been seriously sucking! I am doing the apple day today. I have been the same for 6 days. I was down to 210 on Friday, yea! Then Friday I ate 3 pieces of Halloween candy (OK they were good pieces, like Butterfinger and PB Cups) and I put some Teriaki Chicken on my salad instead of regular chicken, but thats it! And I was up 1.5 pounds on Sat. morning, and have not been able to get back down to 210. I am getting so frusterated. It sucks staying the same. I did perfect yesterday and Sunday, and I even did some tea during the day, and thought for sure I'd be back down this morning. Nope! Same-o! So, what is your guys' take on the whole break thing? I don't want to go off and gain any, and I really want to be done by the end of the year. However, what if your body does need a break. I just don't know. I don't think the people at the clinic here really know what they are talking about. I am looking forward to going in tomorrow and seeing what she has to say. I REAAAAAAALLY want a pound a day! So Sun and Stace... Hows it going? Give me something to read about!!!!
