Ok, so I started 1 week ago today. I was 205 then after my 2 load days I was 206.8. As of today, I am at 199.2. I do have to say that yesterday I had 2 bites of carrotcake with cream cheese frosting that I had made for Kylia's b-day. I had to make sure it was good!! :) I am counting my weightloss from the second load day putting me down 7.4lbs! I had been doing Weight watchers for 3 weeks prior to that and had lost 7lbs. So 14.4 total.
I have been reading tons and tons of posts on a yahoo group that i found. It is call HCG DIET GROUP-HCGDIETINFO.COM All the people on this group follow the EXACT protocol from Dr. Simeons pounds and inches document. If you haven't read the Pounds and Inches, I would encourage you to join this group and you can find it in its entirety in the files section.
The clinic we get our doses from deviates from the original protocol. When I questioned them about this they said that they have made advances in the last 50 years. Maybe i am just a suspicious person, but I am wondering why you would fix something that worked for 40 years unless you wanted to keep people coming back longer than they needed to. I have chosen to do the original protocol and I bought a great cookbook on amazon called: 101 worry free HCG diet recipes plus hints and tips from experts. I looked through the recipe book that is at the clinic and it may have some recipes that could stall progress.
Stacey, I would encourage you to follow the pounds and inches protocol, instead of the clinics to see if that would help in your loss. That would include eliminating the shake and the oil and only eating 1 type of vegetable per meal.
Keep in mind that the clinic is open to make money. They charge us 6.00 a shot and I was able to get everything for 1.97 a shot. Also, I will know the exact strength I will be getting. I know it sounds scary to order from another country, but there are 40,000+ messages on that board that I read and the majority of the posters get their hcg from the company i bought it from. I also corresponded through email with a guy named Tim who has a website with lots of info and he also has several youtube videos on how to mix it.

Dr. Johnson mentioned that hcg coming from elsewhere could be tainted. I asked Tim what he thought about that and he said that he has corresponded with hundreds of people who have ordered from the company that Annette listed below, without any problems.
