What is the deal! (Annette)

Ok, so I have still been the same, for two weeks. Do you think its still working? I felt good after leaving the office the other day, but if I actually go back and look at the numbers... over the last month, I am only down like 8 pounds I think. The first two weeks, I think I was down like 15, and then since then its only a couple of pounds a week. (I'm dieing to know how your dad's doing, Stace... what does he think of it?) My mom is going to start this week also. When we left the appointment the other day, I was thinking I'd just keep doing it and not take any time off and it would all balance out, but two weeks? And I still haven't done a "free day". I think I've decided it would cost too much. I can't give up a few pounds yet. I wonder if there is something to the shake and oil thing... because really that almost doubles the calorie count. What do you guys think of that? Although it worked in the beginning... I don't know...
All of the stuff Stace said sounded about right. I've been splitting up the shakes and doing them before bed and first thing in the morning... but NOTHING! I'm open to suggestions!

Not much to report on my dad yet. He did his 2 loading days and gained 5 lbs. Then lost 4 yesterday. He has a headache today.

My dad and I kind of question how much the HCG is needed. I mean the fact is you loose weight because we're eating only 500 calories. Supposedly the HCG is suppose to breakdown the fat and leave muscle but that is the oppisite that has happened for me so far. I'm just loosing muscle. I'm thinking of doing the 500 calorie diet without the HCG next month just to see.

I like the shake because then I don't have to come up with a meal in the am. I would prefer to have them for breakfast lunch and dinner and steer clear of food all together. I like using the oil because it is like the only fat I'm getting in a day. Also it is about the only thing that will make me go to the bathroom. (sorry if that was to much info)

I seem to loose weight when I'm following the program exactly.(not when I'm on my period though) I think I've just gotten a little sloppy with my food choices, compared to my first few weeks of doing it.

Annette I think with how close you have been following this program your body just may need a free day. Or 2 load days again. You may see a weight gain at first but I wonder if it would start melting off after that???

Did the apple day not help any?

Annette, Did I mention 8 pounds in a month is AWESOME!!! I know its not the time frame you were hoping for but you could be at your goal weight in like 6 months. That would be SWEET.

So no, the apple day did nothing, it didn't even send me running to the bathroom, which I thought for sure it would. I am kinda wondering if Stacey's right about the hCG... I lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks right before we started the hCG just by eating about 700 calories per day... I was a little hungrier during the days but I've been hungrier the last few days too. I think I am going to finish up my bottle and then maybe give myself a few weeks without the injections and stick to the 500-700 calories and see what happens. At least then, if I go back on it maybe it will give me a jump start.

How about you Sun? Are you back on it? How's it going? I'm really curious about Tammy too. Is she having the same struggles we are or is she still losing or what? It'd be nice to get another perspective.

Stacey- have you started losing again? How do you like the changes that Renee made to what you should be doing?
